I’m also a surfer, photographer and dad.
This is my story.

Over the past two decades I have worked with some of the world’s biggest brands. I have combined a background in publishing, marketing, corporate innovation, product development and change management. I’ve worked as a C-Suite level consultant with Fortune 500 companies across multiple sectors including Finance, Insurance, Technology, Travel, Retail and Media As a result I develop a connected approach designed to grow and scale business ecosystems through connected product and partnership approaches, membership and subscription programs, and integrated content strategy.

Originally trained as a broadcast journalist, I cut my teeth as a field producer with Sky News covering both national and international news. I produced broadcast and multimedia on stories as diverse as the London riots to the war in Libya and Arab Spring. The experience of being on the ground as social media changed the way news organizations covered such stories and the way the audience consumed them was pivotal in shaping my digital thinking.

In 2012 I moved to New York to work for The Wall Street Journal across social media and editorial innovation. There I undertook the challenge of creating multimedia projects designed to engage the audience in a unique way. Through interactive projects highlighting emerging technology I developed new techniques to design content for the social and mobile audience. At the same time I developed strategies to integrate new thinking across a business.
My journalism work was nominated for an Emmy Award, a Gerald Loeb award and a European Press Award.

I spent 2014 and 2015 in Australia working for News Corp on digital strategy across Editorial, Product and Advertising. Working as part of a team driving the digital transformation of the business, I developed strategies for News Corp's brands across social, video, App development and native advertising. It was here I developed my understanding of new business models, design thinking, the product development process, technology architecture and further formulated my strategies to drive operational change.

In 2016 I joined Anomaly, one of the world’s top creative agencies and spent the next 7 years building a consulting division for businesses in need of transformative marketing and operating models. My clients included the likes of Microsoft, Ally Bank, Expedia, Booking.com and Google. My work impacted various business areas including product, personnel, working processes, technology, innovation and investments. Through a collaborative consultancy process I led the development of unique consumer centric solutions to drive growth. It was this experience that made me want to deliver the same capabilities to anyone at scale with AI, and NOAN was born.
